frick snow, frick ERCOT, frick the parts of Texas that never lost power like Highland Park, frick zero regulations on our power grid, and frick all the companies that were too fricking cheap to winterize their fricking infrastructure.

All of this. I hope the appropriate heads will roll, but I’m not holding my breath.
I had to leave my place, and I’m staying at my parents. Dealing with my mothers constant text notification ring tones seems like a fair price to pay for a warm bed and power...but just barely.
But seriously, I feel for the old folks, and parents with little kids. Hope yinz are hanging in there.
