Not saying this is the case with Harsin, but we saw it first hand with Gus. A lot of times the problem with these coaches is their egos and they convince themselves they are the smartest person in the room.

Gus won a natty with a mobile QB as OC and played for another as HC and then totally abandoned that template and went on a 7 year run of mediocrity. Sometimes maybe things are easier to see from the outside.

Can we at least give them more than 2 months on the job before we go there?

I think I'm gonna put an Auburn branded jump to conclusions mat on the market.

He changed his offense because everyone said he had too. That his offense was "figured out". It needed to be more balanced.

My biggest issue with him. He let the outside noise sway him. 90% of the people on this board was begging for a "balanced offense" after 2014.
