They have nothing to be jelly of. They won in 2019 and we won in 2020. Lsu fans talking shite about UA will get them nothing but the smell of shite on their tonsils. But they know that. And do it anyway.

Because the jealous, envious, and simply the haters MUST have something to alleviate the pain of Alabama's success....sad, but true.

Yep, and everytime Bama wins one LSU fans here, hell the head cluckster himself, try to come up with a reason for an asterisk.

Yet the rest of the football world goes on...

No Spring football. Of course the team with the most 5*s will have an advantage over teams that require more development. I’m unsure how big of a difference it would make but it’s definitely an * in that this year was different than the rest in a way that benefitted Bama.

It had the potential to be an asterisk had there been a disputed champion.

But there was no dispute therefore no asterisk.

An Alabama fan in November: LSU, you bunch of pussies. Look at Kentucky doing their best to at least field something that resembles a team in the midst of unforeseen circumstances due to a global pandemic

An Alabama fan in January: This was a totally normal season, brah

It wasn't normal, it was even more difficult schedules and circumstances than normal.

If anything we've been arguing that the abnormalities of the season (nothing was normal about 2020) made the accomplishments of the 2020 Alabama Crimson Tide legendary. They played a 10-game conference schedule, no cupcakes, and went right into the playoffs with very little break. Not only that but the team was constantly having to keep itself in a bubble to avoid getting sick in the deadliest pandemic this world has seen since 1918.

Some fanbases get pretty triggered when their best season ever is sandwiched between national championships for a division rival coached by their former HC

What? Are you talking about Auburn? They brought back almost everyone except a couple of defenders. LSU had a lot of upperclassmen starting and they still sucked. How much development do these teams need not to lose 4-5 games? What a sad argument.

The 2020 season had a laundry list of extraordinary circumstances occur.

If only there was some sort of symbol so that people might know 2020 was a weird season.

Actually, the simple fact is that they're just pussies. The Dallas Cowboys are every bit as much of a rival to the Redskins as LSU is to Alabama, but Cowboys fans didn't bitch like crying women about asterisks and retarded shite like that.

1919, 1942, 1943, 1944, 1945, 2001 all had a laundry list of extraordinary circumstances occur.

Not an asterisk to be found.
