You're high.
That 2007 team beat 4 Top Ten teams: ranked Auburn, #7 Florida, # 10 Tennessee (SECCG), and #9 Va.Tech 48-7. And they beat #1 Ohio State by 2 touchdowns.
The 2003 team beat #3 Arkansas, #15 Ole Miss, #5 Georgia, #10 Auburn, and # 10 Georgia again in SECCG , and #1 Oklahoma. The defense was #1, giving up 10 points per game. And they held 56 points and 600 yards per game #1 Oklahoma to 150 yards total (half on their last drive) and 14 points, both set up by a blocked punt on the LSU 1, and an INT at LSU 30.
Also, if it wasn't for the BCS screwing up there own protocol and criteria, LSU probably beats Okie State to go 14-0 in 2011, and would have been the GOAT at that time, beating a schedule that included 4 Top 5 teams and 7 Top 15 teams and outscoring opponents 500-123.
