Didn’t Pruitt lead them to 6-7 wins per season? What’s the issue here, it’s god d*mn Tennessee, a women’s basketball school. What more was anybody expecting?

Steele took the job knowing the likely outcome here. He has an out in the deal if he doesn’t want to work with the new HC but he and Garner will be here if the new HC want.
What new HC wants a DC forced on him?
Dumb move on all sides. If he doesn’t end up at UT there won’t be a P5 DC position left for him by that time

He will be fortunate to get a dime.

Just confirmed Pruitt was fired for cause. No buyout. He should’ve negotiated his buyout weeks ago.

Best see how Tennessee finally settled that title IX case a few years ago dealing with sexual assault. Why that program is inviting another rectum examination by the NCAA is beyond reasonableness. Only in Knoxville.

Knoxville News Sentinel reports Pruitt has been fired "for cause."

So you're saying there's a chance Steele wouldn't want to work with himself?

Fulmer retiring to help search for a new AD. What a shitshow!

Why are Bama fans so obsessed with Vol fans? Did a Vol fan do something inappropriate to a Bama fan many years ago?

Big time sanctions incoming...yikes

I have yet to see where the NCAA is on Pruitt's trail. Everything I've read has said this was an internal investigation. If that's the case, then it's not a definite that the NCAA will slap him with a show cause.
And if no show cause, then welcome home Jeremy
ETA: And yes, I know all of that is probably wishful thinking.

Case May's dad lost a finger, now Cade has lost his coach.

Yeah for Pruitt. We fired him and we will get a show cause.
