It was Forristall who missed that blitzer pickup assigment (video). He didn't even check for an outside blitzer. Instead, he blocked down to his inside, which I doubt was his responsibility. The DE there was getting blocked by Leatherwood.

It is a funny when he on the line, hand in the ground and you see number 19 at 235 pds, next to a row of jersey number 60-90s and 330 pds
