this method of determining arm strength by frame counting 75 throws is pretty flawed, totally dependent on which 75 throws out of the many hundreds a qb threw were chosen for comparison. Is it taking into account tightness of throwing windows/route separation of each pass? No QB thats any good is throwing the ball as fast as they possibly can unless its actually appropriate for that actual pass/scenario, otherwise you are making the job of the WR needlessly difficult. You throw it as fast as you need to. Who knows what 75 passes were picked for any given qb is this comparison? Lots of problems with this method. All its shows is how fast a qb did throw, and a small subset of throws, not how fast they are capable of throwing. only way to get that data would be to have all of the QBs in the combine chuck at ball at maximum velocity over a chrono
