People have this view that A&M is come country bumpkin place like the 1970s.
Lsu actually has a higher % of white folks enrolled.

What appealed to me about A&M was the "small town" feel. Even though I was only about a 4 hour drive from my parents' house, it felt like I was far enough away to truly feel "far away".
