Absolutely. Also, offense gave them the ball within the 20 yard line on one occasion.
Given how high powered OSU’s offense was/is, that was a really impressive defensive performance. And how about Barmore! Dude showed out.
I was also impressed by OSU’s defense. They are pretty salty.

I was torn. Their run defense was very effective, but they did it largely by not playing nickel.
That turned out to not work very well at all against the passing game.
I'd love to know the theory behind that move. I assume they wanted to shut down Najee and rely on QB pressure to limit the passing attack but that hasn't worked for anyone against Bama this year. It was almost like they didn't believe the film or didn't fully appreciate the talent level of Bama's WRs and Oline.
