It could just as likely be that Harsin wanted to go a different direction with some of the position instruction. TWill was great for us as a player and coach. It didn’t work out for him to stay. Wish him the best of luck going forward

Exactly. Would have loved to keep him, but Harsin obviously is looking for a different type of skillset. This gives TWill a chance to develop and grow as a coach, and maybe we'll see him back on the Plains sometime in the near future

Pivoting away from the gossip hour and taking a look at the staff as a whole —

Anyone else noticing Harsin heavily influencing the position coach hires?

This was a bug talking point on the last head coach. Personally, it’s always seemed normal to me. Just curious what the board’s interpretation is on this now
