won't lose you games

You seem to define "not lose you games" by "screwing up so badly you hand the game to the other team," but missing open receivers, failing to see open receivers, waiting too long to run, burning timeouts, ... also lose games.

Has he imrpoved? Yes, but I would expect any QB to improve if started 4 years. We've seen his ceiling and I am ready for someone with a higher ceiling.

It has nothing to do with race, hurt feelings, how hard he worked or how hard he tried. I want someone who can consistently see and hit open receivers. I want someone with emotion, passion, energy, and positive body language on the field.

I didn't like his off-field antics, but I have plenty of on-field reasons to want to move on to a new QB. Even fans from other teams comment Mond is holding us back. Frankly, I'm surprised so many are defending his play and downvoting anyone who is ready to move on.

The aggregate value is high because of the duration, not the amplitude.

He won 8 in a row, 7 by double digits. I don't think you understand what "loses games"

The first part is pretty clearly what most people mean by "losing you games." I'm NOT saying he's flawless. I *am* saying he's a gamer. Which is all you can ask of someone who has a ceiling that is a cut below truly elite. Going back to the Texas Bowl, how many times did he answer the call/counter right back when we needed a key drive? He did it vs. oSu. Obviously went toe to toe with Trask during the UF game (yes, the Maroon Goons had their coming out party, as well, but early in that game, he was having to sling it just to keep us in it). Answered right back after that fluky pick 6 in Starkville. Answered right back after Arkansas and UT opened up the scoring against us. Tossed a dime to Smith late on the road vs. Auburn. Tied the game up vs. UNC with his legs when the game was on the line and we never looked back.

I've literally said I'm ready for him to pass the baton. Just trying to provide some perspective for some of the nonsense talking about he's terrible. I'm not out here talking about "#HeisMond" or anything crazy like that, nor do I think he should return or that he'd make a quantum leap with another year under center for us. Again, for a Sumlin recruit who didn't win his own QB competition and stayed the starter through a major coaching change, he's performed as well as can be expected for a 4th year player. Kudos/thanks are in order. As is a changing of the guard at QB.
