He is the best player in the country bar none. He is certainly deserving and worthy but I would have to give it to Mac. Mac was the most important player on the team. Without him Bama drops a few games. The defense is average and can’t get off on 3rd down. Young is in no way ready for the starting job and definitely could not carry this team the way Mac has. Bottom line Bama would not be in the playoff without Mac and has no chance to win it all without Mac.
