When it is your team, you are making an excuse, when the playoff selection committee points it out, it is information to help decide if a team is worthy. In other words it's self-serving when you say it.

I’m not whining the playoffs should be expanded because of it though. I’m just simply stating UGA was unlucky because of it. I’ve already said that loss shouldn’t be overlooked because of it.
