Half of the wins were also by one score.

They underperformed by probably three games this year (fortunately, for draft purposes). They probably should have gone 7-9, which is still a long, long way from being a contender.

By contender, I don't mean contender to squeak into the last wild card spot. I mean legitimate Super Bowl contender.

The weapons are there at most positions. I could see a big step forward in year 1 of a great coaching staff. Of course, I could easily see 8-8 as well.

It wouldn't surprise the hell out of me if this team won the division next year. Get a home playoff game. Anything can happen.
