have heard Louisiana may have the most talent but is it a lock kids go to LSU?
Not the most talent, but they usually have more than enough, and they usually get the ones that they want.

LSU.
If you are ONLY talking about the SEC and EXCLUDING UF, then LSU easily has the biggest recruiting advantage.
Actually, you can extend it to LSU has one of the biggest advantages in the NATION.
1) Great Talent base
2) No in state competition
3) Plays in the SEC

Louisiana doesn't have the most talent....obviously not when you compare the state population to other states such as FL and CA. However, Louisiana usually has a good crop of talent year end and year out......per capita, Louisiana is hard to beat. If LSU locks down Louisiana, and can take one or two from other states such as TX, FL, MS, AL, or GA, that's a recipe for very successful football seasons for the Tigers.
