Its complete bullshite how these punishments work.
You have an office that didnt properly investigate allegations (allegedly) and some tennis coaches who didn't report allegations (allegedly) so they'll punish a bunch of football players and coaches who had nothing to do with anything.
Same with the OLOL case which had nothing to do with LSU at all.
The USC thing was bullshite and most of the other punishments handed down have been too, the NCAA is a joke.

Honestly, you can't claim that. A football player's parent got money from that. That's where a wannabe booster fricks up a program.

I will say it’s bullshite how some programs walk when they have major issues. Lawsuits over technicalities (Penn State, NC) should result in suspension from the NCAA.
The NCAA rules themselves are completely reasonable (outside of the fact that ‘amateurism’ is bullshite).
In LSU’s case, LOIC is when multiple programs have concurrent issues:
Basketball has Wade-gate.
Football has a few infractions.
Those 2 are enough for you to be concerned.
The Title IX is what really makes the case for LOIC though. You said it yourself:

That key word pretty much directly meets the definition for LOIC. It’s not a coach. It’s not some boosters. It’s an office of the institution.

No one to blame but yourself for being in denial. We all tried to tell you there would be consequences for this stuff.
It happens. I don’t know why the current admin was so dumb to sit on this stuff and let it all blow up in their face at once. That’s what’s going to kill LSU.

Think LSU had a wee bit more than that, pal

ALLEGEDLY?
This is exactly what's wrong with the environment at LSLOSE!

Nothing to do with it the football players are the ones perpetrating the act numb nuts. The coach let Guise get away with it with zero penalty. How obtuse can you be?
