When's the last time anyone's seen a punt returner get hurt? I can't remember one

I don't really remember a ton of injuries coming from Punt Returners. I know there have been some, and maybe a lot more than I'm thinking, but it doesn't seem like it happens that often.

Last year. Javier Arenas was injured returning a punt late in the game against ULM. Missed the rest of the year.....
