which makes perfect sense....when you're down 21 and opening the second half, a squib is generally the best strategy

Of course it was. Go back and watch her form and follow through. She kicked it exactly the way they wanted her to...which is even more absurd because it was an admission that it was literally all she was capable of doing. It would have been better if she had tried to kick deep and miss-hit it or only get it to the 25. People are pissed because Vandy made a mockery of the game.
