You're not wrong and napier does make sense. My argument is that saying no hc experience in and of itself isn't a valid argument against beamer. What it comes down to for him is who would he get for coordinators?

But Beamer doesn't even have OC experience.
The best position he's had is Assistant HC, which is basically just Assistant to the Regional Manager.
He could be an awesome coach, but there is too much unknown and a risk for us to take at this point IMO.
ETA: I will say that I'd feel much better about hiring Beamer than I would for the likes of McElwain or some other proven failure. Just hope it doesn't come to that.
