I think Muschamp is a victim of the Peter Principle. He gets promoted above his skill level.
Right now I would say Muschamp is the one most in danger of not being here next year. Well Mason too but Vanderbilt exists in its own odd little alternate universe.

Folks got mad when I’d start calling Peter. They tried to make my life rough for a while and get promoted to now longer my problem. Promoted til fired is way too common. I passed on that track a bunch.
