The best comparison I can come up with is Lane Kiffin when he was at Tennessee. He did his dead level best to needle other teams and it seemed Florida was the one on top in the East so he did all he could to piss UF off. Although Kiffin was cheating his arse off at UT which is altogether different than Mullen.
