Jason Campbell was just as frustrating to watch early in his Auburn career as Bo. The 2004 Campbell was awesome.

Not his first 2 years. Regardless of who was the OC, i was at those games, and for some reason JC in passing downs was afraid to throw it downfield. He would always settle for the underneath throws, and our offense sputtered. A lot of us watching felt like JC was just not confident in his long passing game and didn't want to make mistakes.

2003 was Hugh Nall and I think he used Bobby Petrino's(Our 1 year OC in 2002) playbook for JC, and we were not too bad.
2004 was Borges first year as OC, but Campbell really expanded in his passing, and utilizing the whole field. Maybe experience and confidence finally showed in his passing.
