I agree with that, but OSU did beat bama in the CFP with their 3rd stringer a few years ago. IJS.

The player acquisition and retention needs to be better. Had 2 transfers come in, one is hurt, one opted out, and the former 5 star is now quarterbacking the Buckeyes.

Which isnt the 4th string. Js.

That bama offense was also nothing like this one. Let this weekend's uga play 2014 bama and I'm sure that would be closer as well

So who was the heir apparent last year for GA? Who would have come in if something would have happened to Fromm?

To me that is the issue with GA this year, there was no legit back-up QB last year so no legit starter this year from inside the program. Sure you can bring in transfers, but we all see how that turned out. It's almost like Kirby said Fromm and Fromm and that's it!
