He's right, you know. Only noticeable difference is Gus has been here longer.

Hard to argue that. But that's also coachspeak. But Pruitt also owns Gus.

Meh, we'll find out later in the season. Typical to pump up your upcoming opponent in the press.

Not really. Said they have better lines which is obvious to everyone minus Gus Malzahn

Kirby didn't have to say that, he was being a shithead.

But... He isn't wrong. They have gained a lot of ground on us since Pruitt got there in the 24/7 recruiting rankings. As of now, they are ahead of us in 2021 rankings.

Pruitt being a real football coach has placed an emphasis on the trenches. If memory serves he even beat us on a few OL croots.

And beat CGM head to head last season for UTs first victory over AU in a long time...

Pruitt is a better coach than Gus and its evident by the fact that he has owned him at FSU, UGA, Bama, and now UT. Has Gus ever beaten a defense Pruitt has put on the field?

How can you argue with him?

Yes. I will argue he was too soft on the comment. Should have went like, "Pruitt has a shorter tenure than Gus, and has already built a better program."
