First thing, congrats on the win guys!

I wasn’t able to watch much of the game as I flipped over there occasionally from our game and I understand the game was more or less out of reach early. I’ve been reading some of the threads today.

Obviously, the defense is stellar and the questions I have, to the extent you can evaluate the team following week two, is how is the QB situation going to pan out? There have been some really good ones lately in Eason, Fields, Fromm et al, but do you think one of the guys on the current roster will be on that level? Bennett looks solid—haven’t seen or heard of any real weaknesses—do you think he’ll be the guy leading the team offensively for the rest of the way?

I really don’t know that much about the running back group. Obviously Swift, Gurley, Michel, and Chubb were elite and do you see anyone with that level of talent?

Also, I don’t know much about the receiving corp and wanted to know who to watch for there.

With Rodrigo gone I didn’t know how the place kicking game would go. I don’t know how the new guy is going to pan out because I know Rodrigo will be hard to replace.

You’re off to a good start and here’s to a great season.

Week by week, imo. It is Bennett's job to lose. But I dont doubt there is a leash. Every Saturday is a Super Bowl with a 10 conference game schedule.

The potential is there with Daniels, Mathis, and Beck. But experience and making good decisions is a key aspect to playing QB with such a talented team. Bennett is capable of creating offense on his own, too.

Same as every QB. Pressure his with a 4 man pass rush and he will struggle. Hit him early and often and he will struggle.
The good news is that we have a capable OC and capable run game to keep defenses honest and not blitz 5 or 6 every play. But any defense that can pressure with 4 makes life difficult for the QB and OC.

White has that talent.
Cook had the best game of his career against Auburn. I'm hoping to see a follow up performance from Cook, Milton, McIntosh, and Edwards. They all looked good against Auburn so maybe it is an Auburn problem.

Pickens will get a TD a game. Huge threat inside the 35 yard line. Chris Carter 2.0
Stetson throws over the middle of the field a lot. Kearis Jackson is making NFL money right now with his effort on those throws. He will open more things up for Pickens down the road.
Burton looks to be the starter at the Y spot. True freshman who has to grow up quickly. But he could have a Pickens type freshman season before it is all done.

Hot Pod looks to be decent. Hits inside 40 yards. Missed over 40. He has a scholarship player fighting for the job from him. Average kicker with a short leash, imo. But may do enough to help win some games.

I know what you are fishing for and I will put it on your hook like a scuba diver on Bill Dance's fishing show.

Arkansas is better coached than Auburn. Arkansas has more heart and drive. Auburn is a fraud. Arkansas is not a fraud.

Man you just reminded me that it’s been too long since I’ve been fishing. Is it ok if I use an umbrella rig, Rig?
