This is definitely not counting by end of year rankings, so there's that to consider.
I guess they mean "top ten matchups"? But even that, it's weaksauce.
Gotta count a team by their resume at the end of the season, not when you beat them.

Agreed. Though I can also see the argument that x team isn’t top 10 because your team beat them.
