What’s the fart etiquette in your house?

Growing up, it was acceptable to pretty much fart whenever when you’re at your house. We didn’t really think it was necessary to go to the bathroom for that. That’s a bit too much effort. The women would try to avoid doing it around other people for the most part though.
What about y’all? There seems to be a wide range of opinions on this.

Once upon a time . ..
One of my little brother's brought a girl home for dinner and while we were enjoying the meal a belch came from somewhere. Wasn't real sure, then she quipped, "why fart and waste it when you can burp and taste it". Never did see she her again.

A man's house is his castle. If you cant fart wherever you want there, you need to do some serious soul searching about your relationship.

I'm especially proud of the "SBD" crawfish boil garlic farts while in bed with the wife and pull the covers over her head for the full effect.

Go to the bathroom if you have to let one rip
Except for the 12 year old, she gets away with the kitchen table, couch, anywhere really with nothing more than a stern glance from mom
