The wanton endangerment is for bullets that went into other apartments

no charges for a literal murder.

SlowPro hit the nail on the head though. The system is set up to protect LEOs, even bad ones. Hankinson should've been off the force a long time ago before he decide to spray a whole apartment complex with gunfire.

People are going to be upset. But what people should be upset with is a broken system that allows no knock warrants, cover ups (which LMPD has done in other cases), and all kinds of other shady shite to go on that eventually leads to things like what happened at Taylor's apartment.

My biggest beef is no charges pressed against the officer that presented the warrant, after he lied on the warrant. You're rewarding a police officer for lying to obtain a warrant. That should be pretty fricking bothersome to a lot of people.

On a serious note as someone on the other side of the argument, how in the world do you and others reconcile comments like this with the facts?

Is the thought that the facts are cooked up in some kind of conspiracy?
