Good question. Haven't kept up with free VPNs of late. I think Speedify at least had a Miami server location and you can get 2GB/month VPN access free there. Not good for streaming video, but more than enough for separate alter activity on the message board I'd think.

On Mobile, I know every page refresh on here is over 100KB. That would add up fast.
