Article I read didn't make much sense but from what I gathered -
Peacock means to get rid of the auburn thinking that the worst is going to happen. Instead strut like a peacock and embrace the high ranking and success.

Think it’s mainly just that we should ‘peacock’ as a fan base and team, I.e. strut your stuff, talk big, be cocky, be confident , etc. and dont do the normal AU thing of constantly waiting for something negative to happen.
