Where players must have number showing to warm up.

I don't have Florida insiders and that's all I have except Mullen said Kirby tattled on him.

That changes this year under a new NCAA rule that says players “must be wearing their jersey or have their numeral readily visible.”
“The Dan Mullen Rule, right?” Mullen said Friday night during a Zoom session. “That’s because these staffs — people have like 75 quality-control coaches that get all mad.
“I think it’s ridiculous to have to do that, to be perfectly honest with you. The Dan Mullen Rule, that is horrendously ridiculous. We know how we warm up. Our guys like warming up how we warm up. It is what it is. Go ahead, what’s your question. That’s my rant on it.”
The next question: Who do you think turned you in?
“Who do you think?” Mullen answered.
“Georgia?” a writer answered.
“You said it, not me,” Mullen said.
Mullen went on to say that the Gators might create a T-shirt with numbers on it this year. Regardless, he said he’ll play nice.
“I will abide by the Dan Mullen Rule,” Mullen said. “I try to be a good soldier in the SEC, so I’ll abide by the Dan Mullen Rule, and we’ll put some number somewhere.”
But where? And how “readily visible” will they be?

You guys really gotta start putting this in the first post.

For pre-game warm up? That's ridiculous. Of course Kirby Shart turned him in.

It is a dumb rule But that’s the NCAA for u
If I hear an ad complain one more time about the revenue hit every single Team will take yet they want to continue to pay 75 analysts on top of the million dollar coaches and coord I’m gonna lose it

I mean, look who Kirby’s mentor was, the ole “it’s unfair” coach himself. Of course he’s going to whine about not being able to see who’s dressing out. It may take away his perceived advantage. If I’m Mullen, I have fake numbers for warmups, just give them random numbers to wear.

If you got a big dick ready to swing, put the number on your warm up jersey and shut up.
Who cares unless you are trying to cheat or you are scared. Nut up Mullens

Maybe if Mullen was more tuned in to important details instead of crying about the coach he’s 0-3 against you’d see fewer of these problems:
mUlLeN iS a BeTtEr GaMeDaY cOaCh ThAn ThE gUy He’S 0-3 aGaInSt

If Kirby Smart had started at Mississippi State he would have been fired by year 3, hands down.
Kirby literally still doesn't have a winning record against the West (6 - 6) while at Georgia despite recruiting, on average, the 2nd best in all of college.
He'd get the dogshit kicked out of him if he wasn't paying his way through recruiting in the East.

Kirby wouldn’t have been hired at Mississippi State - at least not under Cohen.
He’s basically a slightly better version of Jimbo. People credit him for the success of the program he works at. It would take a very bad coach to not have the success Georgia has now with the talent they bring in yearly.
Maybe he cheats to get it, idk, but it’s kind of crazy that he hasn’t pulled off a championship or at least more playoff appearances.

Dude you get erect for your fellow soy boy Cohen don't you.

Interesting. Under Mullen, State used to warm up like that and I thought it was smart. Didn't know that coaches would have a problem with it.

Richt wasn’t a very bad coach.

Yeah, comparing Mullen to Kirby considering the difference in situations.
Richt was averaging ten wins a season the last five years he worked at Georgia, he had averaged the #8 class in the country during those same five years.
Muschamp and McElwain were fired 2 and a half years apart and we have had some serious rebuilding to do.
But, theoretically, if Kirby had been hired he wouldn't last at MSST. If he can't even keep a winning record against the West while coaching in the East with the #3, #1, #2 (and again #1 for the 2020 class, but I digress) recruiting classes, he's definitely not going to keep his job working with Mullen worked with at MSST.
No offense.

Back to bed with, djs. You gotta get some rest. Or are you saying they recruited the same?
