The NCAA is a voluntary organization any confrence or school can leave any time they so choose, many seem oblivious to this fact.
The SEC has no desire to "bring down the NCAA" they have the biggest seat at the table and it benefits them greatly.

SEC and ACC need to reform the old Southern Conference like pre 1930s and secede from NCAA
