Yes but that does not account for those around them like faculty, staff, coaches, and every business they enter from getting it and becoming serious.
If they were confined to them and only their peers of the same age it would be one thing but they are not.

Life's a risk and imperfect. I'm sorry the young people are being selfish but such is life. You're only young once.
