If UF & FSU, GT & UGA, ND & USC, Louisville & Kentucky, etc. can do it, why the hell can't Texas & Texas A&M.

Those programs are by all accounts good business partners to one another. Texas was a terrible business partner to A&M, is a terrible business partner to the Big 12, and burned a lot bridges orchestrating the lawsuits and series cancellations that accompanied A&M's move to the SEC. And despite all they, A&M and the SEC kept A&M's Thanksgiving weekend open to accomodate the series until UT said no.

Now Texas needs bigger home games to sell tickets, and all of a sudden they want to be buddy-buddy again like none of that ever happened? Sorry assholes. Doesn't work like that. You cancelled the series because you thought it was in your own best itnerest to do so, and we'll resume it when we feel it's in our best interest to do so.

From that perspective hard to disagree with you.

Do y'all ever wonder why programs consider you the little brother? It's posts like this...

Who exactly did the University of Texas file suit against? And you left... why should Texas have considered scheduling A&M as they were leaving the conference in 2011?

Right... which is why ever since A&M went to go adopt new fathers in 2012, Texas was busy scheduling UF, UGA, Bama, LSU, Notre Dame, OSU, Michigan, USC... need I go on? If any one of those schools were to quit football in 2020, A&M wouldn't catch their list of accomplishments by 2070.

Uh... you left the conference because you were tired of being dominated by your father. So I would think A&M shares some of the blame as well.

But hey, I guess it's better being mediocre and a doormat in the SEC than it is being the same in the Big 12, which your fans seem hellbent on ridiculing despite the fact that A&M accomplished nothing during their time there.

This is my favorite of all of the aggy whiny excuses for not playing us. “Bad business partners??” Hahaha. They have so little faith in their leadership that the big bad longhorns would walk all over them/ somehow bamboozle their program over a football game- I repeat, a football game.

The only business we have had is kicking your crybaby asses up and down the field for a century. Now go blubber on your new conference “rivals” shoulders. They’ll rub your back as you continue the most aggy of all traditions: losing.
