It’s clearly the ULM, Arkansas States, ULL, and Troys of the world. I’m sure these schools are already expecting lower level sports funded by a 1.5 million payout by an SEC school to be cut out

This. It's going to destroy the G5, and the FCS.
But won't someone think of Notre Dame with their national TV deal and ACC affiliation?
