Once recruits getting any sense at all that a coach might be on the hot seat, that recruit goes elsewhere. It is an incurable disease, and right now when recruits look at Will Muschamp they see a man who won't be there in 2-3 years.
Same thing happened 6 years ago, except Spurrier was the idiot who spiked his own recruiting class.

I find it hard to believe our fans killed the 2021 class. Recruits aren't dumb, they can look at a coach whose records are trending in the wrong direction and realize he may not be long for this world.
