why are they obsessing about extremely rare White cop on Black violence?

I've already answered this, but you ignored it.

One last time:
SEC players and coaches are speaking about it.

I'll ignore the rest of your Red Herrings.

And you think Finebaum is right to let BLM supporting young jocks who have been gaslit by the vicious anti White media, pretend that Blacks are victimized mainly by Whites in the US, especially when his coethnics's violence against non Whites, Palestinians in particular, would make a Grand Dragon blush?

Since when does Finebaum let folks get away with red herrings? The notion that Blacks are being hunted down by White cops rather than one another is the ultimate red herring when it comes to the importance of Black lives. A red herring is a distraction from an relevant or important question. What are the biggest dangers to Black lives? The myth of White cop violence is a huge distraction!
