Tennessee and Arkansas used to have a lot of great games when they played annually.

In my ideal world, Tennessee would play all of these teams every year:

Florida
Georgia
Auburn
Alabama
Ole Miss
South Carolina
Georgia Tech
Arkansas
Kentucky
Vanderbilt

And Tech would be back in the SEC. That would be cool. Outside of those 10 annual games, we would play 1 real deal OOC opponent and then only one G5 cupcake

Texas refused to play Arkansas after we left the SWC and Tennessee was our choice to replace Texas. It didn't hurt that we played in 1990 and it was a great game. So many of us were disappointed when we quit playing Tennessee yearly. Our "rivalry" with LSU didn't really take off until after we quit playing, because Arkansas fans were more interested in playing Tennessee before then.
