2010 correct, yeah that would have been overturned.

The problem with replay is just like everything else- you can frick around with it if you want, and get the call you want.

I remember an LSU bowl game against Notre Dame where a TD was called, and it almost definitely was. And then- overturned on replay.

Not just replay, but the first time I'd ever seen "synchronized camera angles" or whatever, showing a maybe down on one angle, and a maybe not across the goal on another. With each individual angle being inconclusive as hell. But as I recall, the officials decided they wanted to do it that way, and took the score off the board, and I think it was the end of the half.

Point being, they can still frick you if they want to.
