By the year 2100 Mizzou will have played LSU a TOTAL of 15 games in the history of the programs. We need to get rid of divisions or add an extra conference game. This is ridiculous.

One extra conference game doesn't do anything meaningful. Even with nine conference games it still takes the better part of a decade to complete home/away rotations with the opposite division. Playing an enjoyable home or road game a second time takes longer than Belushi takes to flunk out of college.
Plus you end up with unequal numbers of home versus away locations in a way that can give you a much harder or much easier schedule from year to year.
