I don't quite get this accusation that keeps popping up. He's 2–2 against Saban. I think he was more scared of the thug unit culture that had permeated Florida under his watch and gotten out of hand and needed an excuse to get out of town and start over. He quit the same year he got suspended and had to deal with the Zach Smith domestic abuse stuff at Ohio State, too. He runs a dirty program and then gets out of Dodge when he has to deal with the aftermath.
