She’s wasn’t drunk, she just got off her shift. She claims she thought she was in her home, but leaves out the fact how she failed to realize all the furniture was different and why she shot an unarmed person. If you listen to her 911 call she’s more worried about losing her job than the person she just killed.

I must be mistaking her with someone else, I dont know a lot about that case but sad that the dude was chilling at home and got killed. I think I saw something similar awhile back where SWAT killed someone in the wrong house.

She said before she even went inside, she made up her mind outside the door that she was going to kill the threat," Juror 34 said.

Guyger, who is white, was off-duty but in uniform when she mistakenly entered Jean's unit Sept. 6, 2018, after a long shift at work. He lived directly one floor above her. She believed Jean was a burglar and shot him in the chest, saying she killed him in self-defense.

That one depends. If it’s because SWAT went to the wrong house due to their own incompetence, then they should be held accountable. If it’s because they got “SWATTED” then the person who made the false claim should be held accountable. Pretty sure that’s happened honestly.
Yep, swatting incident
