Richt couldn't match the elevated work ethic of Saban and Urban. Do you really think that is going to be a problem for a young workaholic like Kirby?

Wrong. Kirby has won more divisions,more top 5/10 finishes
and more NY6 bowl victories in his 1st 4 years.
But CMR turned pretty damn good from '01 to '07 and almost any program would take his record and conference championships in that time period.
ETA.CMR inherited a stellar senior class BTW...7 guys drafted and the '98 recruiting class was easily a top 5 class.

What in the hell are you talking about? He has every banner you can have to hang except a NC in his first 4 years. SEC, playoffs, playoff win, Sugar Bowl, Rose Bowl. This place is a cesspool of bs.
