THE KNEE
taken by the LSU Immortal One to end all Clemson 29-0 anguish has been the subject of many a reply by Tigers to those arrogant Clemson posers suggesting that their loss to LSU was nothing short of a total beat down. Medieval was the best word I can use after watching LSU Football for eighty years now. Clemson delusions are now being replaced with hopes that LSU will not be up to task in 2020 after placing 20 players in the pro ranks.
Their hopes are unfounded, as all the pundits are placing LSU at #4 or # 5 in early polls.
THE KNEE
was a symbol of Christian Mercy, despite that medieval beating delivered Clemson 42-25, a mirror of the beating given to Alabama a year earlier without a final crushing Clyde Edwards Helaire Exclamation Point with two minutes on the clock. At games end, the Clemson dee was out of gas, incapable of stopping CEH. Eighty percent of LSU fans wanted to score. Some even wanted Myles Brennan to come in and allow the Immortal One his ovations.
The AP Coach of the Year answered ANY questions about his character with the knee.
THE KNEE
was the ultimate Medieval gesture from one gallant coach stating that his team needed less than 60 minutes to decide a game that all pundits said would go to the final drive to be decided.
I leave all with this thought!
LSU cemented the following legacies:
• Great Number Of Burrow Records
• LSU as the One and Only True DBU
• Greatest CFB coaching staff assembled
• Greatest Number of Pros (20) from a Team
And so 2020 begins as did 2019. No one giving or wanting to give LSU a chance in this Season. We thank you! No one thrives on the disrespect of others better than LSU and Ed Orgeron. Geaux Tigers!

Yes, generally a knee is taken when the game is out of reach for the opposing team. However, this is not an LSU phenomenon, you'll see a knee being taken every Saturday once the season starts to run out the clock.
