Manziel would have been downright mediocre without Mike Evans at WR.

Manziel's WRs bailed him out of SO MANY bad decisions. True, Burrow also had a great set of WRs, but Burrow put them in a place more often than not to do more with the throw while Manziel's had to fix their QB's mistakes.

I cannot remember Burrow ever needing to throw a jump ball in heavy traffic out of desperation. That was Manziel's bread and butter play.

Maybe in 2013. In 2012, he had Evans, Swope (who is still A&M's career leader in almost every stat) and Nwachukwu.
