What stops Nick Saban, Kirby Smart, or Ed O from getting a booster to give a Local Business $500,000 to give to a player to do a commercial for them if they come to said school?

When that kid comes in and either a. Doesn’t live up to the hype or b. Does something stupid off the field.

Thing about under the table shite is it was free from public scrutiny. Having an actual business endorse a high school kid and in turn letting that kid endorse your business can cut both ways: it could help your sales but it could also make you out to be an a-hole. Question is who has boosters willing to take a $500k bath and incur the public scrutiny?

On another note, would business owners want to pay a kid in Alabama who goes to Auburn or Tennessee or LSU and risk pissing off their Alabama fan customers?

It all has to be transparent so...you are taking a big risk there. The fact that these kids can get a higher profile and many more endorsements will be the key. Some high profile programs now may not be High profile programs in 5 years under this "pay" system....but who knows...

How many boosters do you think Bama has that will drop/can drop 500k to compensate for player images.

Bama has the passion but will ultimately lose out to those with both passion and finances.

Baby Bear PB JR age 75, now dying, gives those orders at Bama now!

Everyone, even the NCAA, knows Tua’s dad makes near 7 figures a year selling high end cars in the state of Hawaii? Lol

In the state of Alabama!!!

Don’t lump Ed Orgeron in with YOUR FILTH

As for Kirby Smart, it’s too obvious with too many 5-stars signed but they’re rookies in the cheating games when you’re talking Bama
