Only because they play in the East
Arkansas is hopeless right now but will recruit better players on average than UK. The Miss schools definitely recruit better players
The East has been a shite show since Urban Meyer left Gainesville which has created the vacuum for UK to win some games especially in recent years when most of the East has been down and circulating new head coaches every few years
