If your implication is that judgment of laws (similar to manipulation and adhering to regulations) favors the rich, then I agree. OJ Simpson and Jeffrey Epstein get different justice than the rest of the population.

I disagree. I think the declaration of independence and the constitution are responsible for the greatest experiment that mankind has ever enjoyed. Good intentions attack the 1st and 2nd amendments all of the time. People are human and our country is run by people. But the constitution protects human rights. And that is the source of our greatness

Boom...this is it right there. The beauty of those documents is the founders left mechanisms in place for future generations to make course corrections and damn hard to change for a reason. That includes the ability for the states to convene a Constitutional Convention.
