Lists like that don't say much.

Ranking 3 people by how bad they were in History:

1. Hitler
2. Stalin
3. Coach O

Is the list accurate? Technically yes. Does it really say anything about how bad they are? Not even close, Coach O is obviously no where near the other 2.

The deal is that most dline positions and LB's are rotational and situational. In truth, more freshmen played pivotal minutes for the Tide in 2019 than anyone outside the program could even venture to guess.

I thought you lost because Tua was injured.

Both can be true. Moses being injured was the real reason we lost. CEH was roasting us out of the backfield and the LBs couldn’t cover shite and the DL couldn’t get any pressure

With a healthy Tua, we win by 10+/- 2.5

Without a healthy Tua, we needed a few more hands on deck. Especially, the game changers that were down for the year.

Can u dig it?

I knew u could!

Like Josh McMillon, the vaunted fifth year senior with 30 career tackles.

He had his best spring and fall since his arrival at Bama. Coaches were raving about how much of jump he'd made
since he finally was able to participate in a full session of drills and training. Coach Saban remarked how much he had changed his body and felt he was ready for a breakout season.

Yes, tremendous loss! Especially considering the other devastating losses of A1 quality players we lost prior to the season. Additionally, the injuries and losses during the season of our best players I.e. Tua!!! etc.

Not really.

We've heard the excuses continually since November.

Congratulations on a fine season! However, everything that could go wrong for the TIDE did. Auburn had "0" offensive firepower and Clemson had lost everybody to the pros the preceding year. So, everything lined up perfect for LSU. But, don't kid yourself, a healthy Bama would have been a sure bet to have won #18 or #24 if you count all of them, Nat'l Championships. So be happy, for the stars aligned perfectly for the LSWHO purple tigers of 2019.

Like I said, we've heard these excuses continually since November.

You asked need you say more and I said more yet you went ahead and made some more excuses.

Perhaps trying to convince yourself?

Would you rather plug in a 5th year senior that has been through the process and knows the defense or a true freshman?

Not sure.

Depends who's better.

There's been a few seasons apparently when your coaches looked the other guy better.

And when you have a another true freshman lined up next to him? Another playing NG. And for good measure another starting at DE by October.

Look, I have no idea if McMillon would have made any difference in the long run but playing that many young guys before they are ready isn’t a good recipe.

Thats all fine and dandy, I just think its kind of disingenuous when some Bammers pretend McMillon was some big difference maker when he had never even been good enough to start and lets not pretend Christian Harris was some scrub.

24/7 Sports is predicting Harris to start over McMillon in 2020.

It’s also disingenuous to pretend that starting four true freshmen in the middle of the defense, including both inside backers didn’t completely change the ability of the Alabama defense to function at a high level.
