Seems an oddly timed boast. Like us saying ‘UGA is Florida’s Daddy’. Doesn’t seem to serve much purpose at this point.
And yes, until UGA knocks off Bama and quits blowing leads in the second half, then Bama can say they have been better. Now, if having someone not related to you call you Daddy gets your rocks off... well, that’s a different issue.
We’ll see if the narrative changes or not in the Fall.
